Refund Policy :

All refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment used by the customer (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.). If the service or product delivered is not as per the selection made by the customer, the customer must inform us within 10 working days from the date of transaction. Approved refunds will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method as per the respective bank’s turnaround time (TAT) and norms. Refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the Merchant.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy :

Cancellation requests will be considered only if raised before the product or service is processed, dispatched, or activated. The customer may request cancellation within 5 to 6 working days from the date of transaction and prior to delivery. Once the product or service has been dispatched, delivered, or activated, cancellation requests will not be entertained. No Refund / No Cancellation No refund or cancellation will be entertained once the payment has been successfully completed, except where required under applicable law. All confirmed transactions shall be treated as final. Disclaimer The Merchant reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
