Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to ULBAPP, a platform developed and operated by Gyan Geomatic Services Pvt Ltd, accessible at www.ulbapp.in.

1. Nature of Services

ULBAPP provides digital services related to property tax management and municipal services. Payments made through the platform are towards statutory dues payable to respective Urban Local Bodies (ULBs).

2. No Cancellation

Once a payment is successfully made, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund Policy

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Transaction failed but amount deducted
• Incorrect amount charged due to system error

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Payment Gateway

Payments are processed via secure gateways (SBIepay, Razorpay, Easebuzz, CCAvenue, EasyPay, SabPaisa, and AccessEway etc.).
